Made-to-order items are started as the orders come through. Please keep this in mind when purchasing larger/more detailed pieces and allow 5-15 business days from time of purchase to getting shipped out.
Ready-To Ship (RTS) items will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase.
Patterns are PDF files that you will be able to download once purchased. The download links last for 24 hours so be sure to download them right away, but I can always send them to you if you reach out to me.

I ship everything USPS First Class unless the handcrafted piece is on the heavier side, which would then be shipped via USPS Priority. If you’re needing a piece by a certain date, make sure to inquire before purchase and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
If you feel it best to ship via alternate methods like UPS for FEDEX, please message me or leave a note upon checkout and I’ll be happy to accommodate.
I ship internationally with a flat rate international shipping fee of $30. If the total shipping cost for your order exceeds $30 an additional charge may incur.
IMPORTANT: I do not fold/flatten my crochet hats, so they are packaged in large boxes. The typical box sizes I use are 10x10x10 or 13x13x5 to give you an idea. I use packing peanuts to keep my pieces in place during shipment that are plant-based, compostable and bio-degradable ~ just add water to melt them away! If your package includes any sort of tissue wrap paper, please reuse/recycle if you can!

I am not accepting custom orders outside from what I am currently offering on my website at this time. Ex: if what I offer on my website is hats, bags or plushies, I may not accept custom requests that are clothing or blankets UNLESS it’s a design you’ve seen specifically on my IG feed.

I do not offer refunds for my patterns/digital downloads
- I do my best to make sure my pattern listings are clearly labeled as such, so please understand why I do not accept excuses like “Sorry, I totally thought it was an actual crochet piece, not instructions to make it” ♡
I do not offer refunds for custom orders, but if you are having fitting issues for something that was made based on your measurements, feel free to reach out to me and I’ll be happy to work something out for you.

Spot wash with lukewarm water and a little bit of soap if needed and leave in its original shape to let dry.
Refrain from folding/flattening crochet hats as this will cause a crease and may affect the overall size of the hat. Use a wig/hat holder to help the hat keep its shape for increased longevity.
